Our goal at Classical Concepts Salon and Spa is to ensure that you completely enjoy your experience with us. The following tips will help to make the most of your time at our spa:

For your first visit and for all spa visits please arrive 10 minutes prior. This will allow enough time for a spa tour, and a consultation. If you desire extra time to relax and unwind, please come in 20 minutes prior to your first visit and enjoy some Aveda Comforting Tea as you settle in.

For the consideration of all our guests, we ask that cell phones be turned off while in the salon and spa.

Parents please note: it is essential to make child care arrangements prior to your salon/spa appointment so that you and other guests may enjoy it to the fullest.

We are a professional team and encourage our guests to try any member of our staff for a fresh point of view.

All of our services are guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so that we can make arrangements to correct any concerns.

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. If no notice is given, we may charge up to 100% of the service price.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

All prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Gift Card Return Policy:
Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Spa packages may not be substituted. Classical Concepts Salon Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
